We're Hiring: Assistant Manager – Academy | Mumbai
Transworld Academy of Excellence (TAE) is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end learning / training operations across our corporate, academic and LMS-based programs in shipping, logistics and supply chain.
What you'll do:
📋 Coordinate corporate and academic training projects from planning to closure
👥 Manage our SME/faculty pool and content development
💻 Own LMS platform administration and digital learning delivery
📊 Drive MIS, governance and continuous improvement
🌟 Lead and coach a small team of Training Coordinators and Project Executives
What we're looking for:
✅ 3–6 years in learning operations, training coordination, or academic programme coordination
✅ Hands-on LMS, CRM and MS Office/Excel dashboard experience
✅ Exposure to logistics, shipping or supply chain
✅ Strong stakeholder management and follow-up discipline
✅ Certification in L&D, instructional design, or shipping/logistics (ICS/CILT) desirable
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai, India | Reports to: CLO – Academy
