We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – R&D (Metalworking Fluids)
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – R&D to join our Research & Development team and drive the development, evaluation, and optimization of metalworking fluid formulations.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in cutting fluids, grinding fluids, metal forming lubricants, formulation development, laboratory testing, customer trials, and technical troubleshooting.
🔹 Key Skills:
* Metalworking fluid chemistry & additive technologies
* Water-soluble, semi-synthetic, synthetic & neat cutting oils
* Emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, EP additives, biocides & defoamers
* Laboratory testing & performance evaluation
* Customer trials, troubleshooting & technical support
* Machining processes – Turning, Milling, Drilling, Grinding, Broaching & CNC/VMC
* TDS, SDS/MSDS, technical reports & formulation documentation
* HSE & regulatory compliance
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Petrochemicals or related field
💼 Experience: 5–8 years in R&D/Technical Services – Metalworking Fluids
