We are looking for an experienced MICE & Banquet Sales professional to join a leading hospitality organization in multiple cities in India
- Location: Delhi/Mumbai/Ahmedabad/Bangalore/Goa
- Mode: Remote (On-site in Goa)
- Designation: Assistant Manager – MICE & Banquet Sales
- Industry: Hotel / Hospitality
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and convert MICE, Meetings, Events & Group inquiries
- Plan and coordinate events in consultation with clients
- Present and sell suitable banquet/event packages
- Conduct client meetings and virtual/site interactions
- Build strong relationships with corporate and event clients
- Negotiate space, dates, packages and rates
- Generate new MICE and banquet business
- Drive repeat business through excellent client servicing
- Manage event bookings, inquiries and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth event execution
- Follow up on banquet payments and outstanding dues
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and bookings
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in MICE / Banquet / Event Sales
- Strong sales, negotiation and client-handling skills
- Hotel/hospitality industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with clients/events
