Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Food & Beverage Manager role based in Kochi. The role involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring consistent product quality and service standards across outlets. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will support menu planning, inventory control, and coordination with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth workflows. Responsibilities include monitoring guest satisfaction, handling feedback, assisting with staff scheduling, and supporting training and performance guidance for team members. The role also includes helping with cost control, basic budgeting activities, and adherence to safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage operations skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and a guest-focused approach.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training and team development.
- Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting and basic cost control.
- Relevant experience in hotel, restaurant, or resort food and beverage settings.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
