About the Role
Magma Engineering is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager - Design & Application Engineering to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical design knowledge, hands-on CAD experience, and the ability to interact confidently with customers, understand engineering challenges, and deliver effective software-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
✅ Provide pre-sales and application engineering support.
✅ Create and review 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings.
✅ Deliver customer training and technical workshops.
✅ Support software implementations and customer success initiatives.
✅ Collaborate with sales teams to identify and develop business opportunities.
✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CAD/CAM/CAE solutions.

- Siemens Solid Edge
- Siemens NX
- SolidWorks
- CATIA
- Creo
- BricsCAD
- GD&T and Design Standards
- Manufacturing Processes
- Basic CAE/Simulation Knowledge
