Role Description The Assistant Cafe Manager role at KiWi Kisan Window is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. This role involves overseeing daily cafe operations, supporting staff scheduling, and ensuring high-quality food and beverage service. The Assistant Cafe Manager will help maintain hygiene and safety standards, monitor inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to keep products fresh and available. The role includes assisting with customer service, managing point-of-sale activities, and supporting sales and promotional initiatives within the cafe. The Assistant Cafe Manager will collaborate with the Cafe Manager to uphold brand values and deliver a welcoming, efficient environment for guests.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive guest experience and handle inquiries or concerns effectively.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, management, and suppliers.
- Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Food Service skills to manage preparation, presentation, and quality standards in the cafe.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support in-store promotions, upselling, and achievement of revenue goals.
- Experience in cafe, restaurant, or retail management is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Knowledge of basic inventory management and POS systems is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in hospitality, food service management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
