We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Assembly Worker with
3 6 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production targets are achieved while adhering to workplace safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment efficiently and safely.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Identify and report defects, material shortages, or process issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain production records, inspection reports, and work logs accurately.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, 5S practices, and company policies.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Stores, and Production teams for smooth workflow.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and workstations.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Support inventory control by reporting material usage and shortages.
