Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced L3 Network Support Engineer with strong expertise in Aruba Wireless technologies (Primary). The candidate will serve as an escalation point for critical network incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting, support complex network infrastructure, and ensure high availability of enterprise network services across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
Primary: Aruba Wireless (WLC) (Mandatory)
• Provide advanced support for Aruba Mobility Controllers and Wireless Networks.
• Troubleshoot wireless connectivity, roaming, authentication, and performance issues.
• Configure and support:
o SSIDs
o AP Groups
o RF Optimization
o Client Load Balancing
o Mobility & Roaming
• Manage integrations with ClearPass, RADIUS, and Active Directory.
• Perform wireless health checks and optimization activities.
Secondary: FortiGate SD-WAN (Option 1 as Secondary)
• Provide L3 support for Fortinet Secure SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot SD-WAN policies, SLAs, and application steering.
• Manage IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, Dynamic Routing, and WAN optimization.
• Troubleshoot routing, security, and performance-related issues.
• Support HA clusters, firmware upgrades, and migration activities.
• Analyze logs using FortiAnalyzer and manage configurations using FortiManager.
Secondary: Juniper Switching (Option 2 as Secondary)
• Provide L3 support for Juniper EX Series Switches.
• Configure and troubleshoot:
o VLANs
o STP/RSTP/MSTP
o LACP
o Virtual Chassis
o Routing Protocols
• Perform switch upgrades, patching, and hardware replacements.
• Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues
