Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in ServiceNow application development, implementation, integrations, UI Builder, Workspaces, and custom applications. The candidate should have the ability to work as a Solution Architect and lead technical delivery across ServiceNow projects.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across application domains such as IRM/GRC, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM, SecOps, etc.
- Lead technical design and development activities throughout the complete SDLC.
- Develop scalable, reusable, and high-quality solutions following software engineering best practices.
- Work extensively with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Form Designer, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Design and develop custom applications and scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Extend the ServiceNow data model/schema based on business requirements.
- Develop solutions using UI Builder, Workspaces, Now Experience Framework, and custom components.
- Work with Now Components and develop/customize components for ServiceNow Workspaces.
- Develop custom pages and workspace experiences using UI Builder.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and Now Experience Component Framework (NECF).
- Implement and troubleshoot MID Server and third-party integrations.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, Import Set APIs, AJAX, SSO/SAML, etc.
- Provide technical architecture and solution recommendations, including pros, cons, risks, and alternatives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and other technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to ServiceNow solutions and implementation methodologies.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of overall software development experience.
- 6+ years of strong ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
- Experience with at least 2 ServiceNow product suites, such as:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- CSM
- HRSD
- ITAM
- SPM
- SecOps
- GRC / IRM
- Strong knowledge of:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- UI Actions
- ACLs
- Flow Designer
- Form Designer
- Strong experience in UI Builder, Workspaces, Now Experience Framework, and custom components.
- Hands-on experience with React.js / NECF.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, MID Server, REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, Import Sets, AJAX, and SSO/SAML.
- Experience in custom/scoped application development.
- Strong solution architecture and technical leadership experience.
