Role Description The Artisan Outreach Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for identifying, engaging, and supporting artisan communities relevant to MarketGenics’ research and client projects. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with artisans, explaining project objectives, and facilitating their participation in research initiatives and market programs. The Executive will coordinate field visits, collect qualitative and quantitative inputs from artisans, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of findings. They will collaborate closely with internal project teams to align artisan outreach activities with client needs, timelines, and quality standards. The position also includes organizing workshops or meetings with artisans, providing feedback from market insights, and helping artisans understand emerging opportunities while ensuring respectful, ethical, and inclusive engagement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust with diverse artisan communities and corporate stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess field engagement and relationship management skills, such as conducting on-ground visits, coordinating meetings, and managing long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess basic research and documentation skills, including note-taking, data recording, and reporting insights to internal teams in a structured manner.
- Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills, such as planning outreach activities, managing schedules, and ensuring timely follow-up with artisans and project teams.
- Candidates should possess cultural sensitivity and ethical engagement capabilities, with a commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory interaction with artisan groups.
- Relevant experience in community outreach, social impact projects, handicrafts/artisan networks, or fieldwork in rural or semi-urban areas is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development studies, business, humanities, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in English and local languages used in target regions.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, travel for field visits as required, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
