Artificial Intelligence Trainer – Part Time

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Artificial Intelligence Trainer to conduct part-time AI training sessions for college students in Pimpri-Chinchwad.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training covering Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI tools, with a strong focus on helping students understand how AI is used in real-world academic and professional environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging classroom-based AI training sessions for college students.
- Teach fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
- Explain concepts such as:
- AI & Machine Learning fundamentals
- Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt Engineering
- ChatGPT and other AI tools
- AI applications in education and industry
- AI-assisted content creation and productivity
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical activities using AI tools.
- Guide students through real-world AI use cases and mini-projects.
- Simplify technical AI concepts for students from different academic backgrounds.
- Prepare training materials, exercises, assignments, and assessments.
- Encourage students to explore responsible and ethical use of AI.
- Track student participation, learning progress, and performance.
- Coordinate with the college and program team regarding training schedules and student requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
- Good knowledge of ChatGPT, Prompt Engineering, LLMs and AI productivity tools.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong classroom management and presentation skills.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Marathi will be an advantage.
- Ability to conduct interactive, activity-based training.
- Practical experience using AI tools for content, research, productivity, or business applications.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in AI/Generative AI will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in AI, Generative AI, Data Science, Software, or Technology training preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge of AI and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Prior experience teaching college students will be an advantage.
