Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Articled Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Bengaluru office. This on-site role involves assisting in audit assignments, taxation work, preparation and filing of returns, and handling statutory compliance. The Articled Assistant will gain hands-on experience across diverse industries, develop professional skills, and work closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
Areas of work
Tax compliance - Direct and Indirect
Tax litigation - Direct and indirect
Audit and assurance - Statutory, tax audit, transfer pricing audits and documentation.
International taxation - Advisory and tax planning.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, and Auditing principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting reports and interacting with clients
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively, and prioritize effectively
- Graduate-level education or pursuing CA Articleship
- Basic understanding of compliance requirements; prior experience in a similar role is a plus
