Elite Valuation is looking for a motivated CA Article Trainee who is interested in building practical experience in Valuation, ESOP, AIF, Transactions and Financial advisory.
Key Areas of Exposure
• Business and Equity Valuation
• ESOP Advisory and Valuation
• Mergers and Acquisitions
• AIF Valuation and Advisory
• Transaction and Structuring Advisory
• Financial and Commercial Due Diligence
• Financial Modelling and Research
• Preparation of professional reports, presentations and client deliverables
Candidate Profile
• Strong analytical and financial understanding
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work across diverse assignments
• Attention to detail and a responsible approach towards deadlines
The selected candidate will receive hands-on exposure to assignments involving Startups, Listed Companies, AIFs, Investors, MNCs and growing businesses, with opportunities to work on niche area of CA practice.
