We’re Hiring | ASM – HRMS Sales
OTUHRPLUS is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to join our team in Jaipur.
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 1–4 Years
Work Mode: Work From Office
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for HRMS solutions.
- Manage and grow channel partner relationships and direct sales.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure and implementation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in HRMS sales, IT software sales or SaaS sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience managing channel partners and direct sales.
- Understanding of HR processes and HRMS solutions is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region when required.
