📢 Hiring: Area Sales Manager (HPL & Exterior Cladding) – Bengaluru
We are looking for an aggressive Area Sales Manager to lead our HPL and Exterior Cladding portfolio.
If you have a strong network among Bengaluru's top architects, facade fabricators, and commercial developers, we want to hear from you.
💼 Role: Area Sales Manager / Senior Executive
📍 Location: Bengaluru (Field-based)
💰 Compensation: Up to ₹7,00,000 Fixed CTC + Uncapped Incentives
🎯 Target Background: Prior sales experience in HPL, ACP panels, and exterior facades.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive project specifications with local architects, PMC firms, and interior designers.
Convert high-value B2B commercial and luxury residential project pipelines.
Manage and expand the regional dealer, distributor, and fabricator network.
What We Are Looking For:
4 to 7 years of on-field building materials sales experience in Bengaluru.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Strong technical comfort reading architectural blueprints and elevation drawings.
