We are expanding our distribution network across India and are looking for dynamic sales professionals to join our growth journey.
Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and manage distributors within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and expand the distribution network.
- Generate secondary sales through market visits and retailer engagement.
- Conduct joint working with distributor sales teams.
- Identify new business opportunities in pharmacies, hospitals, institutions, and general trade.
- Ensure proper stock availability and inventory management at distributor points.
- Implement company schemes, promotions, and market activation activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Submit timely sales reports and territory updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2-5 years of FMCG, Healthcare, OTC, Personal Care, Hygiene, or Medical Device sales experience.
- Proven track record of distributor appointment and market development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Existing distributor and retailer network will be an added advantage.
