Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee business operations across the assigned area.
Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve business and collection targets.
Monitor daily performance, productivity, and target achievement.
Develop and implement strategies to improve business growth and operational efficiency.
Monitor customer acquisition, portfolio quality, and collection/recovery performance.
Conduct regular field visits and review team activities.
Identify performance gaps and take appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with senior management.
Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding employee performance and operational issues.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Drive accountability and ensure achievement of assigned business targets.
Required Skills:

Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple branches/teams and field operations.
Good knowledge of sales, collection, and business development processes.
