About the Role
Espanshe is looking for an Area Manager to oversee and support the performance of multiple retail stores. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fashion retail and strong skills in team management, sales, operations, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the performance of multiple retail stores.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual store targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop store managers and retail teams.
- Monitor store operations, visual merchandising, stock levels, and customer service.
- Analyze sales and store performance reports and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs, and brand standards are consistently followed.
- Conduct regular store visits and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management of retail staff.
- Coordinate with merchandising, inventory, HR, and management teams.
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience across all stores.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail, store management, or area management.
- Strong understanding of retail sales and store operations.
- Experience managing and motivating retail teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance reports.
- Willingness to travel between stores.
- UAE retail experience is an advantage.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is hands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership of store performance. The candidate should be able to work independently while effectively coordinating with the wider team.
