Position: Area Development Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹6,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Development: Identify, onboard, and manage franchise partners to ensure smooth operations and growth.
- Store Handling: Supervise multiple stores, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, enhance brand visibility, and achieve revenue targets.
- Business Development: Explore new opportunities, expand market presence, and build strong customer relationships.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with store managers and staff to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in Retail, FMCG, Sales & Marketing, or Franchise Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and drive performance.
- Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby regions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools preferred.
