Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Credit Management and Credit, with experience in evaluating corporate credit proposals and setting appropriate credit limits.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Credit Risk Management and Finance, including risk assessment, portfolio monitoring, and understanding of financial instruments and markets.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, including financial analysis, ratio analysis, cash flow assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, MBA, CFA) are an advantage.
- Experience in corporate or commercial lending, especially in emerging corporate segments, with knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with sales, risk, and operations teams.
- Proficiency in using financial analysis tools, MS Excel, and credit assessment systems; ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and a structured approach to documentation and process adherence.
