Build a Career Where Architecture Meets Innovation.
What if your career in architecture went beyond drawings and designs?
At trueceil™, we believe ceilings are more than just functional elements. They are an opportunity to shape spaces, create visual impact, and bring architectural ideas to life.
We are building a new generation of architectural metal ceiling solutions designed for contemporary spaces. As we grow, we are looking for an Architectural Solutions Manager who is passionate about architecture, curious about materials and technical design, and excited to work closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams.
This is an opportunity to step into the world of architectural products, ceiling systems, technical specifications, and design-led business development, gaining practical experience in how products are presented, specified, and selected for real projects.
If you enjoy understanding how things are designed, explaining how they work, and helping turn design concepts into practical solutions, this role could be the beginning of an exciting career.
What Will You Do?
1. Work with Architects & Designers
· Build professional relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and design studios.
· Understand project requirements and explore how trueceil™ products can complement their design concepts.
· Present suitable ceiling systems, finishes, configurations, and applications for different spaces.
· Help design professionals discover new possibilities in architectural metal ceilings.
2. Develop Architectural & Product Presentations
· Prepare compelling product presentations, digital brochures, technical documents, and visual references.
· Create project-specific presentations that communicate product features, design possibilities, and application benefits.
· Assist in developing material presentations and product showcases for architects and design teams.
· Translate technical product information into clear, engaging, and professional presentations.
3. Coordinate Technical Specifications
· Understand product dimensions, materials, finishes, installation systems, and application requirements.
· Assist in preparing product specifications, technical submittals, and supporting documentation.
· Coordinate with internal teams to address technical queries and identify suitable product configurations.
· Support the specification process by helping ensure the right trueceil™ products are considered for relevant projects.
4. Explore Projects & Present Solutions
· Identify upcoming projects where trueceil™ ceiling systems could be suitable.
· Introduce products to prospective clients and present solutions based on their requirements.
· Follow up on project discussions, product presentations, samples, and specification opportunities.
· Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to help convert product interest into actual project opportunities.
5. Learn, Experiment & Grow
· Develop an in-depth understanding of architectural ceiling systems and their applications.
· Learn how architects evaluate materials, how specifications influence product selection, and how projects progress from design to execution.
· Stay updated on architectural materials, interior trends, product innovations, and emerging design possibilities.
· Contribute ideas to improve how trueceil™ products are presented, understood, and adopted by the design community.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for someone who:
· Has an interest in architecture, interior spaces, materials, and product design.
· Enjoys communicating ideas, building relationships, and presenting information.
· Is curious about technical details and willing to learn how architectural products work.
· Can create clear, professional presentations and communicate confidently.
· Is comfortable interacting with architects, designers, and other industry professionals.
· Has a proactive mindset and the confidence to initiate conversations and follow up on opportunities.
· Can balance creative thinking with technical accuracy and commercial awareness.
Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in architectural products, building materials, technical sales, or specification-related work is an advantage, but not essential.
What Makes This Opportunity Different?
A career at the intersection of design and business.
This is not a conventional sales role, nor is it a position limited to preparing drawings or documents.

· Business development: Understand how relationships, project opportunities, and product specifications translate into business.
This role can be a strong foundation for a long-term career in architectural products, specification management, technical solutions, product management, or architectural business development.
Why Join trueceil™?
· Build a specialised skill set: Develop knowledge in a growing area of architectural interior systems.
· Work with design professionals: Engage directly with architects, designers, and project teams.
· Learn beyond the classroom: Gain practical exposure to real projects, products, and specification processes.
