We are seeking a talented
Architect with experience in the
real estate industry to design and manage residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role involves creating innovative, functional, and sustainable designs while ensuring compliance with local regulations and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and concepts for real estate projects
- Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design alignment
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Oversee project design from concept to execution
- Conduct site visits and support construction teams during execution
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and interior designers
- Review and approve design changes and project documentation
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Understanding of construction methods and materials
- Knowledge of building regulations and approvals
