Qualifications
- Strong architectural design and planning skills, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D modeling, Rhino, and rendering software).
- Experience working on interior design, landscaping, and integration of multi-disciplinary design elements.
- Ability to prepare and review construction drawings, technical documentation, and materials specifications.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an architectural studio or multidisciplinary design firm; experience in Chandigarh or similar urban context is beneficial.
