Role Description The Architect will work on-site in Coimbatore in a full-time capacity, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design and develop architectural solutions for a variety of projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing conceptual and detailed architectural designs, creating drawings and documentation, and coordinating with structural, MEP, and project management teams to ensure design integration and feasibility. The role involves meeting with clients to understand requirements, refining design proposals based on feedback, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices. The Architect will also support project planning activities, participate in design reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of design workflows and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical and innovative design solutions.
- Experience with Integration of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and PMC disciplines to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Proficiency in Project Management practices, including planning, coordination, and monitoring design-related activities across project phases.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for architectural design and documentation (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution, with applicable professional registrations or certifications being an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
