Are you an experienced Architect with strong expertise in Revit, architectural documentation, technical coordination, and project delivery?
We are hiring for a leading architecture & BIM firm in Gurgaon and are looking for talented professionals to join their growing team.
📌 Position: Architect
📍 Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
💼 Experience: 5+ Years
🎓 Qualification: B.Arch / Accredited Degree in Architecture
🏢 Work Mode: On-site
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and modify detailed architectural drawings and implementation documents.
• Handle technical and design-related challenges with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Clients, Contractors, and other disciplines.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards and project guidelines.
• Assist with technical resolution and coordination for assigned project segments.
• Review and incorporate building codes, zoning requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare client presentations and present design concepts when required.
• Conduct product and material research and assist with system selections.
• Participate in project and consultant coordination meetings.
• Attend site visits, field reviews, and project meetings as required.
• Support QA/QC and maintain high-quality architectural documentation.
💻 Required Skills:
✅ Autodesk Revit – Proficiency Required
✅ AutoCAD – Proficiency Required
✅ Strong knowledge of architectural building systems
✅ Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
✅ Knowledge of QA/QC processes
✅ Architectural detailing & technical documentation
✅ Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp & InDesign
✅ Navisworks
✅ 3D Modeling experience
⭐ Rhino & Grasshopper will be an added advantage
⭐ Knowledge of MS Office Suite

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Knowledge of sustainable and integrated design principles
• Experience coordinating with multiple project stakeholders
• International project experience will be an added advantage
