Role Description<
/strong> This is a full-time, on-site Architect and Interior Designer role based in Vadodara. The professional in this role will develop design concepts, prepare drawings, and create detailed layouts for architectural and interior projects. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, translating briefs into functional and aesthetic design solutions, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants. The role involves preparing presentations, mood boards, and material palettes, as well as producing construction documents and overseeing site execution to ensure design intent is maintained. The Architect and Interior Designer will also assist with project scheduling, cost awareness, and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong architectural and interior design skills, including space planning, concept development, and material selection.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Ability to prepare detailed drawings, construction documentation, and coordination layouts.
- Experience in client interaction, requirement analysis, and translating briefs into clear design proposals.
- Knowledge of building codes, basic structural and MEP coordination, and on-site execution practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; relevant professional experience in design firms is preferred.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and an interest in functional, user-centered environments.
