🚀 We’re Hiring: Application Support Lead
📍 Location: Kashipur, Uttarakhand
💼 Experience: 8–12 Years

🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / Bachelor’s in IT or related field
🔥 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Application Support Lead to ensure the smooth functioning of enterprise IT applications in a paper manufacturing environment.
The role will focus on SAP/Application Support, issue resolution, system maintenance, AI/data analysis, change & release management, and continuous process improvement.
💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Provide L1/L2 support for SAP modules and other enterprise applications
🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve user issues while minimizing application downtime
🔹 Escalate complex issues to development teams or external vendors
🔹 Support data preparation and AI-driven modeling initiatives
🔹 Analyze data to generate actionable insights for automation and decision-making
🔹 Monitor application performance, stability, and reliability
🔹 Manage routine maintenance, updates, patches, and backups
🔹 Conduct user training and maintain user manuals and knowledge-base documentation
🔹 Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment, and rollout
🔹 Coordinate with business and technical teams for effective change management
🔹 Translate business requirements into technical specifications
🔹 Identify opportunities for application and process improvements
