Spectral Consultants Hiring | Application Support Lead

📍 Location: Bengaluru
💼 Experience: 4.5–8 Years
🔹 What You'll Be Working On:
✔ Managing enterprise Application & Production Support environments.
✔ Handling Incident, Problem & Change Management (ITSM) and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
✔ Troubleshooting applications, SQL databases, Linux platforms, and infrastructure issues
✔ Supporting Microservices and REST APIs in production
✔ Working with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, CloudFront)
✔ Developing automation using Python to improve operational efficiency
✔ Collaborating with global stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams to ensure high system availability
