- Manage and oversee the overseas application processing team and ensure timely submission of applications.
- Must have strong knowledge of European countries, universities, admission processes, and visa documentation.
- Review and verify student documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with students, counselors, universities, and internal teams throughout the application process.
- Monitor application status, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with university and country-specific admission requirements.
- Handle escalations and support the team in resolving application-related issues.
Requirements:
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience in overseas education/application processing.
- Strong knowledge of European study destinations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
