Roles and responsibilities:
- Equipment selection / Cost Estimation / Quotation .
- Preparing Technical Submittal.
- Preparation of Cost sheet and getting it approved by Sales Engineer/Sales Manager.
- Tracking the project based on enquiry from customers.
- Get the specification from the contractors, based on the customer specification and the equipment schedule
- select unit models and quote based on price list & Cost Sheet.
- Preparation of Compliances.
- Prepare submittal based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/ consultant for approval.
- Sending the order acknowledgement to customers.
Must have skills
- Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in HVAC systems - AC Equipments / Ventilation/Building Services
- Understanding of Heat Load Calculations, Technical Submittals, Quotations
- Knowledge about the Google sheets and Docs or MS office is an added advantage
- Reading of AutoCAD drawings
