Job Description
- Functional consultant with 12 – 15 yrs experience.
- Very good experience in
EBS: Core HR, OTL, Absence
Cloud: Global HR, OTL, Absence, Workforce Scheduling
- Good experience in working on the tickets/issues extensively and effectively lead AMS Customers.
- Ability to handle multiple Customer simultaneously.
- Ability to write Fast formula for OTL, Absence
- Experience working on VBCS.
- Good experience in Customer Interaction in all phases of support.
- Very good in Analyzing the issues/requirement and providing effective solutions to the Customers.
- Very good communication skills
