- We are looking for an Amazon Sales & Account Executive with experience in B2B sales, seller/client acquisition, account management, and e-commerce marketplaces.
- The person will manage existing accounts, identify opportunities to increase revenue, build strong client relationships, and help businesses grow across Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing Amazon/e-commerce client or seller accounts.
- Identify new business, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct client calls, follow-ups, business reviews, and sales discussions.
- Acquire and onboard new sellers, brands, or business clients where required.
- Understand client products, sales performance, pricing, promotions, advertising, and marketplace opportunities.
- Recommend strategies to improve sales, visibility, conversion, and account revenue.
- Work toward monthly sales, revenue, and account-growth targets.
- Coordinate with catalogue, advertising, inventory, and operations teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships and drive retention and repeat business.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, e-commerce sales, account management, marketplace sales, or business development.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon or other major e-commerce marketplaces.
- Experience in seller/client acquisition and account growth.
- Proven exposure to sales targets, revenue growth, upselling, or cross-selling.
- Understanding of Amazon listings, pricing, promotions, advertising, inventory, and marketplace performance.
- Strong client communication and negotiation skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Experience handling international/US clients or global marketplaces is preferred.
Ideal Background
Candidates who have worked as an Amazon Account Manager, Seller Acquisition Executive, Marketplace Sales Executive, E-commerce Business Development Executive, Key Account Executive, or Seller Growth Executive would be particularly relevant.
