Role Description
Amazon FBA Specialist
Budget: 7–8 LPA
Location: Baner, Pune
Reports To: Amazon CoE Manager
Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 2+ years in Amazon FBA logistics (global marketplace experience preferred)
Role Purpose
Owns operational readiness across Amazon marketplaces - inventory availability, fulfillment accuracy and supply chain coordination - to protect revenue, margin and launch timelines. Amazon revenue is won on execution precision and this role safeguards it.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & FBA Management - Plan and replenish FBA inventory; prevent stock-outs and overstock
Launch Readiness - Confirm inventory before go-live; track ASN, shipment booking and FC receiving
Cross-Functional Coordination - Align with Procurement, Operations, and Portfolio teams; escalate risks early
Compliance & Controls - Manage FBA metrics (IPI, storage limits); resolve discrepancies; oversee returns and chargebacks
Forecast & Demand Alignment - Support inventory forecasting; deliver weekly risk reports
Must-Have Skills
Amazon shipping, inventory & warehouse invoicing knowledge required
FBA shipment creation and inventory health dashboards
IPI score management and Amazon compliance standards
