Role Description The AI Video Editor at Veellon will work full time on-site in Kolkata, collaborating closely with the creative and production teams to deliver high-quality video content. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw footage, integrating AI tools into the editing workflow, applying color grading, and creating motion graphics to enhance storytelling. The role involves preparing videos for multiple platforms, maintaining brand and visual consistency, and optimizing content for various formats and aspect ratios. The AI Video Editor will also help develop and refine editing templates, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay current with emerging trends in video production and AI-assisted post-production.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in video production and video editing, with the ability to manage projects from raw footage to final delivery.
- Proficiency in video color grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and quality across all content.
- Experience with motion graphics and graphics to create dynamic visual elements that support storytelling.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools and workflows, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work on-site within a collaborative team environment in Kolkata.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in a content or production company is a plus.
