The ideal candidate will be comfortable researching and experimenting with autonomous AI platforms such as Polsia, AI sales development representatives (AI SDRs), prospecting tools, and automated outbound sales systems.
You will be responsible for discovering the right companies to target, identifying decision-makers, personalizing outreach, automating follow-ups, and improving the overall sales pipeline through AI.a
Key Responsibilities
- AI Platform Research & Evaluation
- Continuously research emerging AI sales tools, autonomous AI agents, and sales automation platforms.
- Evaluate platforms such as Polsia, Salesforge (Agent Frank), AiSDR, Artisan, Apollo.io, Clay, Amplemarket, and other relevant solutions.
- Compare tools based on capabilities, pricing, integrations, scalability, and measurable business results.
- Run practical experiments to determine which tools deliver the best results for our business.
- Recommend new technologies and workflows without waiting for instructions.
- AI-Powered B2B Lead Generation
- Identify and research companies that fit our ideal customer profile.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on company size, industry, business needs, technology stack, and other relevant signals.
- Identify key decision-makers across departments such as HR, Marketing, Procurement, Operations, and Sales.
- Use AI-powered research and data enrichment to understand target companies and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate, verified, and well-organized prospect data.
- Sales Automation & AI SDR Management
- Build and optimize automated prospecting and outbound sales workflows.
- Use AI tools to generate personalized outreach messages based on company research.
- Configure automated email sequences, follow-ups, lead qualification, and appointment-setting workflows.
- Test autonomous AI sales agents that can research prospects, engage potential customers, manage responses, and schedule meetings.
- Integrate prospecting platforms with CRM and marketing automation systems where appropriate.
- Cold Outreach & Appointment Setting
- Develop targeted B2B outreach campaigns using email and other appropriate channels.
- Monitor response rates, positive replies, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
- Continuously test and improve messaging, targeting, and follow-up strategies.
- Ensure outreach is relevant, professional, compliant with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws, and aligned with company policies.
- CRM & Sales Pipeline Development
- Maintain an organized prospect database and sales pipeline.
- Use CRM and marketing automation tools such as ActiveCampaign or equivalent platforms for lead nurturing and follow-up.
- Create workflows that move interested prospects from initial contact to qualification and sales handoff.
- Provide clear reports on campaign performance, conversion rates, software costs, and cost per qualified meeting.
- Testing, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Run controlled experiments comparing different AI platforms and outreach approaches.
- Document findings, limitations, costs, and recommendations.
- Identify the most effective combination of AI prospecting, enrichment, outreach, and CRM tools.
- Focus on generating qualified sales meetings and real business opportunities rather than simply increasing email volume or collecting unqualified leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, outbound prospecting, or sales operations.
- Practical knowledge of AI-powered sales tools, AI agents, and workflow automation.
- Understanding of prospect research, contact discovery, data enrichment, and personalized cold outreach.
