Role Description The AI Readiness Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Pune, responsible for leading organizational preparedness for AI-driven initiatives for our clients in the B2B manufacturing sector. This position oversees assessments of current processes and data ecosystems, identifies opportunities for AI integration, and designs practical readiness roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. The role involves working closely with leadership to align AI opportunities with business goals, coordinating pilot projects, and ensuring change management, training, and communication plans support AI adoption. The AI Readiness Manager will also monitor emerging AI trends, evaluate vendors and tools, and establish governance standards to ensure responsible and compliant AI use. Day-to-day work includes stakeholder workshops, documentation of AI use cases, performance tracking of implemented solutions, and regular reporting on progress and risks.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead digital or AI-related transformation initiatives, including readiness assessments, roadmap development, and cross-functional project coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process mapping, data analysis, and identifying AI use cases that create measurable business value.
- Knowledge of AI concepts, data governance, and technology implementation practices, with the ability to translate technical opportunities into clear business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, including experience running workshops, trainings, and executive-level presentations.
- Proven capability in change management and adoption planning, including developing training content, internal communication plans, and feedback loops.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Data/Analytics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in consulting, PR, or strategy environments and familiarity with enterprise or multinational business contexts is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-evolving AI and communications landscape.
