Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, Generative AI, and cloud platforms, with experience building production-grade AI/ML applications.
The candidate will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to design and implement scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models for business applications.
- Develop ML pipelines for data preparation, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment.
- Work with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Develop NLP and document-processing solutions using modern AI/ML techniques.
- Build and optimize predictive models using supervised and unsupervised learning.
- Implement model deployment and monitoring using MLOps practices.
- Develop APIs and microservices for integrating AI/ML models with enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to build reliable data pipelines.
- Perform model evaluation, tuning, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure AI solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, reliability, and responsible AI.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, and Agile development activities.
Required Technical SkillsProgramming
- Strong Python programming experience.
- Experience with SQL and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of software engineering principles, Git, and CI/CD.
Machine Learning
- Regression, classification, clustering, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection.
- Feature engineering and model optimization.
- Experience with Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Generative AI / LLM
- Experience with LLMs and Generative AI applications.
- RAG architecture and vector databases.
- Prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
- Exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval.
Cloud & MLOps
Experience with one or more:
- Microsoft Azure
- AWS
- Google Cloud Platform
- Docker and Kubernetes
- MLflow or equivalent ML lifecycle platforms
- CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines
Preferred Skills
- NLP, OCR, computer vision, or intelligent document processing.
- Experience with enterprise AI/ML implementations.
- Knowledge of AI agents and multi-agent architectures.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud data lakes.
- Experience with Power BI or other analytics platforms is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related software engineering roles.
- Demonstrated experience taking AI/ML solutions from POC to production.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
