Role Description The AI/ML Developer will work on-site in the Greater Ahmedabad Area in a full-time capacity, designing and implementing machine learning models that enhance JobBricks’ talent matching and recruitment workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing algorithms for pattern recognition, developing and refining neural network architectures, and integrating NLP capabilities into platform features such as search, recommendations, and candidate–job matching. The role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions, writing clean and maintainable code, and deploying models into production environments. The AI/ML Developer will also analyze performance metrics, conduct experiments, and iterate on models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience, while staying current with emerging AI/ML tools and best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong foundations in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, APIs, and production-grade coding practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks to design, train, and evaluate models that support matching, recommendation, and predictive analytics.
- Candidates should possess experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) to build and improve text-based features such as search, classification, and semantic matching.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and experience working with structured and unstructured data.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, on-site environment in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, and prior experience in AI/ML development or similar roles, would be beneficial.
