About the Role
We are looking for a *Performance Marketing Specialist* with hands-on experience in *Meta Ads, campaign analysis, AI tools, and marketing automation*.
The ideal candidate should be able to independently plan, launch, monitor, analyse, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns while using AI to improve campaign performance and marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, set up, and manage *Meta Ads campaigns* from start to finish.
* Analyse campaign performance including *CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, leads, and conversions*.
* Identify underperforming campaigns, ad sets, and creatives and take corrective actions.
* Conduct *A/B testing* for audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
* Use *AI tools* for audience research, campaign insights, ad copy, creative ideation, data analysis, and optimization.
* Integrate AI tools with marketing platforms and workflows to automate repetitive tasks.
* Work with *Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and UTM tracking*.
* Track leads from ads through CRM and analyse the complete *lead-to-conversion funnel*.
* Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on data.
* Continuously experiment with new AI tools and automation solutions to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of hands-on experience in *Performance Marketing / Meta Ads*.
* Strong practical knowledge of *Meta Ads Manager*.
* Ability to analyse campaign data and make optimization decisions independently.
* Experience with *AI tools and AI-powered marketing workflows*.
* Understanding of *Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking*.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels.
Good to Have
* Experience with *n8n, Make, Zapier, CRM integrations, or marketing automation*.
* Experience connecting AI tools with marketing platforms.
* Experience in lead-generation businesses such as *Healthcare, Real Estate, Education, or D2C*.
