Role Overview
We are looking for a
curious, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic AI & Digital Marketing Automation Trainee who is interested in learning and applying
Generative AI, marketing automation, SEO, lead generation, and digital marketing.
The ideal candidate should be willing to experiment with AI tools, build simple automation workflows, research marketing opportunities, and support the team in improving marketing productivity and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Marketing Automation
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms for research, content, analysis, and marketing activities.
- Create and improve prompts for different marketing and business use cases.
- Build and manage basic automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Identify repetitive marketing tasks and explore ways to automate them.
- Research and experiment with new AI tools and technologies.
SEO, GEO & AI Search
- Assist with keyword research, competitor analysis, and content research.
- Support SEO, GEO, AEO, and AI-search optimization activities.
- Assist with content optimization, metadata, internal linking, and content updates.
- Research opportunities to improve website visibility across search engines and AI platforms.
- Support automated SEO monitoring and reporting.
Automated Lead Generation
- Research and identify relevant companies, prospects, and decision-makers.
- Assist in building automated lead-generation workflows.
- Support lead collection, enrichment, qualification, and segmentation.
- Work with Google Sheets, CRMs, APIs, and webhooks.
- Assist with automated outreach, follow-ups, and lead-nurturing activities.
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Support social media, email marketing, content marketing, and growth campaigns.
- Conduct competitor, industry, and market research.
- Assist in analyzing website and campaign performance.
- Use AI and automation to improve marketing execution and reporting.
Content & Creative
- Assist in creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, email, and other digital channels.
- Use Canva, AI image/video tools, and other creative platforms to develop marketing assets.
- Assist with short-form videos, presentations, ad creatives, and marketing campaigns.
- Generate creative ideas, content concepts, and campaign ideas using AI.
Landing Pages & Website
- Assist in creating and optimizing marketing landing pages.
- Support landing-page copy, CTAs, forms, and basic conversion optimization.
- Use AI and no-code/low-code tools to speed up landing-page development.
- Support lead-capture and conversion-focused activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interest in AI, Digital Marketing, Automation, and Growth Marketing.
- Hands-on familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Good understanding of prompting and ability to get useful outputs from AI tools.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new tools.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to learn and execute independently.
