Title - AI Deployment & Solutions Strategist
Location: Bangalore or Mumbai,
5days - WFO
Are you someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with enterprise customers, and turning AI solutions into real business outcomes?
We’re looking for an AI Deployment & Solutions Strategist to lead end-to-end implementation of AI solutions for enterprise customers.
What you’ll do:
* Own enterprise AI deployments from scoping to production launch
* Define requirements, success metrics, integration plans, and timelines
* Work closely with Product, Engineering, and customer teams
* Drive API, data flow, and system integration discussions
* Monitor AI agent performance and drive continuous improvements
* Identify new AI use cases and opportunities to expand adoption
* Manage stakeholders, risks, blockers, and delivery timelines
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years of experience in technical problem-solving, implementation, consulting, product, or similar roles
* Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations
* Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
* High-agency mindset with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good to have:
* Management, strategy, or technical consulting experience
* Experience in AI/ML or AI-powered products
* Startup/high-growth environment experience
