About The Role
BlogVault builds products that help WordPress website owners and agencies keep their websites secure, backed up, and running smoothly. Through WPDev, we create videos for WordPress professionals, developers, agencies, and website owners.
As we scale the volume and variety of our videos, we're looking for an AI Creative Producer to improve creative quality, oversee YouTube operations, and build reliable production systems that help us do more without compromising quality.
This role combines creative direction with hands-on execution. You should enjoy making great videos just as much as building the processes that make them possible.

What You'll Do
- Identify repetitive tasks and use AI to improve production efficiency and the editing process.
- Build workflows, SOPs, templates, and quality checks that support multiple videos and formats simultaneously.
- Oversee production using AI to schedule and set deadlines to resolve bottlenecks.
- Develop and review compelling titles and thumbnail concepts.
- Guide editors on pacing, structure, visuals, and overall execution.
- Review videos for visual quality and clarity to publish.
- Develop stronger hooks, openings, and storytelling to keep viewers engaged.
- Use audience retention, packaging performance, and feedback to improve future videos.
- Direct presenters to deliver engaging, natural performances.
- Improve turnaround times and reduce avoidable revisions without lowering quality.
Who We're Looking For
- This role is NOT for traditional filmmakers, TV commercial directors, or video editors looking for a title bump.
- We do not need someone to set up basic production schedules from scratch.
- We need a creative director and systems thinker who actively elevates the quality and retention of every video asset with:
- 4–5 years of experience in video production, directing, post-production, and YouTube content operations. (Demonstrated ownership matters more than exact tenure)
- A sharp eye for storytelling and the ability to balance creative ambition with deadlines.
- Technical curiosity and the ability to understand unfamiliar subjects.
- Experience in using AI to build editing pipelines with tools like Hyperframes, Descript, Higgsfield, etc.
- Strong organisational skills and ownership to handle both creative and operational work.
Your Team and Growth
- You'll be jointly managed by the Marketing Lead and Video Lead, working with 2–3 editors, one presenter, and 2–3 subject-matter experts.
- You'll have the opportunity to shape the WPDev YouTube channel and production systems as our content output grows.
What Success Looks Like
- You’ll build scalable production workflows, effective AI-assisted processes, and increased output with consistent video quality and more reliable publishing.
Working Expectations
This is an on-site role in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, with a five-day workweek. Some shoots, release deadlines, or unexpected production needs may require additional effort. We value people who take ownership, solve problems, and follow through.
Note to Applicants
Apply with your portfolio or showreel. Include examples of videos you've produced or directed, your specific contribution, and any improvements you've made to video quality or production workflows.
Culture at BlogVault
Some values we’ve lived by over these last 14 years:
We think like inventors.
>Invent the answer you wish existed. If it already exists, ask how it could exist better.<
We build for the love of it. And we build the best.
We don’t just copy and paste. We start from first principles—frame the problem, question the default, ship, improve, repeat—until it’s world-class.
Every version and experiment is a chance to push past our comfort zone and hone our craft. It isn’t easy—it takes patience and persistence—but it ends in work we’re proud of.
Ownership builds a rocket ship.
>It’s not the hours you put in your work that count; it’s the work you put in the hours.<
We’re here to build the business. When we see a problem, we own it end‑to‑end. We pull in the right people, ask for help early, track just enough to finish, and close the loop. We focus on what moves the needle, cut low‑impact work, and push hard when it counts—then recover.
That focus builds subject mastery. It helps get in the flow. It fuels passion and can spark healthy friction—and that’s all part of the game. We make a fuss when it matters, and once a call is made, we commit to it fully—whether we all agree or disagree.
Step up to stand tall.
>Greatness is a moving target.<
Chase excellence in your craft and take on bigger problems. Grow into a full-stack problem-solver and leader—whatever your domain. Improve with intent, work with people who push you, and never get too comfortable. That’s how we level up.
