About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and technology-driven professional to work directly with the Founder on AI, manufacturing analytics, digital transformation, and strategic business projects. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about solving complex business problems using data and AI.
Key Responsibilities
· Build AI-driven dashboards and MIS for all manufacturing phases.
· Track production from raw material to finished goods with phase-wise reporting.
· Analyze production, quality, efficiency, downtime, and wastage.
· Develop automation using AI, Python, SQL, Power BI, and ERP systems.
· Drive digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
· Conduct business research, strategic analysis, and process improvements.
· Work closely with the Founder on high-priority business initiatives.
Required Skills
· AI, Data Analytics, Machine Learning
· Python, SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel
· Strong coding and problem-solving skills
· Manufacturing process understanding (FIBC/PP Woven preferred)
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Strategic thinking with an ownership mindset
Preferred Qualification
· IIT / IIM / NIT / BITS / IIIT graduates preferred.
· 5–12 years of experience in manufacturing, analytics, AI, or digital transformation
