Role Description The E Commerce Business Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves managing and monitoring e-commerce operations, including product listings, catalog updates, pricing checks, promotions, and inventory coordination across online marketplaces and platforms. The associate will analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign data to support business decisions and improve profitability. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, resolving customer queries, supporting finance and billing processes related to online sales, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role also requires preparing regular reports, maintaining compliance with platform guidelines, and contributing to process improvements for smoother e-commerce operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess finance-related skills to handle basic e-commerce accounting, reconcile payments, and support revenue and expense tracking.
- Candidates should possess core business skills, including understanding of e-commerce models, online marketplace operations, and commercial processes.

- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, management, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Indore and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
