About the Role
We are looking for passionate and field-oriented Agricultural Field Officers to join our team in Narnaund, Haryana. In this role, you will work closely with farmers, understand their challenges, provide agronomic guidance, and support the delivery of Hal's agricultural services at the grassroots level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct regular farm visits and interact with farmers.
2. Identify crop health issues, pest infestations, and nutrient deficiencies.
3. Recommend suitable agricultural solutions and best farming practices.
4. Support operations and services at the Hal Kisan Kendra.
5. Build strong relationships with farmers and local communities.
6. Collect field insights and contribute to improving farmer outcomes.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree (4-year B.Sc.) in Agriculture or a related discipline such as Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Science, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of crop production and field practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in field conditions.
