Role Description The AGM – Liquidity Risk at Hana Bank will oversee the monitoring, assessment, and management of the bank’s liquidity risk profile, ensuring adherence to internal risk appetite and regulatory requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves daily analysis of balance sheet liquidity, cash flow projections, and stress testing under various scenarios. The position includes developing and refining liquidity risk policies, frameworks, and limits, as well as preparing regular reports and dashboards for senior management and regulatory stakeholders. The role will coordinate closely with treasury, finance, risk management, and business units to optimize funding strategies, maintain adequate buffers, and support new product and business initiatives from a liquidity perspective. The AGM will also contribute to enhancing liquidity risk systems, data quality, and governance, and support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations. Ø Monitor regulatory limits and Risk Appetite metrics relating to Interest Rate Risk, Equity Risk, and Foreign Exchange Risk.
Ø Conduct market risk stress testing and scenario analysis.
Ø Calculate Regulatory Capital Charge and Economic Capital Charge for Market Risk.
Ø Participate in the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), including risk identification, stress testing, updating Risk Appetite metrics, and preparing ICAAP reports.
Ø Prepare periodic internal Market Risk reports for management and relevant committees.
Ø Develop and enhance market risk management frameworks, policies, and internal regulations.
Ø Participate in new product development initiatives and IT-related projects from a risk management perspective.
Ø Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal risk management policies.
Ø Support senior management and committees by providing timely risk analysis and recommendations.
Extensive knowledge of Asset Liability Management (ALM) and Market Risk Management.
Ø Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure the accuracy of reports and data.
Ø High ethical standards and professional integrity.
Ø Ability to train and mentor staff in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Ø Minimum of 10 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years in a senior position.
Ø Strong experience in one or more of the following areas: Risk Management, Operations, Internal Audit & Control, Finance, Treasury, Vigilance, or Legal functions within the banking industry.
Ø Thorough knowledge of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations relating to Market Risk Management.
Ø Sound understanding of Regulatory Capital and Economic Capital computation for Market Risk.
Ø Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications
