- Identify new land acquisition and joint development opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies, including financial modelling, IRR analysis, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analysis
- Evaluate land parcels from commercial, regulatory, and legal feasibility perspectives
- Participate in and manage tendering processes, including bid preparation and documentation
- Perform in-depth market research, particularly within the Bengal real estate market
- Develop financial models and investment appraisals using advanced Excel tools
- Prepare high-quality presentations and investment notes for senior management decision-making
- Coordinate with legal teams for due diligence and land documentation review
- Engage with landowners, brokers, government authorities, and consultants
- Track competitor developments, pricing trends, and regulatory changes
- Travel extensively for site visits, negotiations, and market intelligence gathering
- Work under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations during bid and acquisition cycles
