Role Description The Affiliate Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This role is responsible for managing and growing EverLawyer’s affiliate partner network, including recruiting new affiliates, onboarding partners, and nurturing long-term relationships. The Affiliate Manager will oversee daily campaign performance, track key metrics, optimize offers and landing pages, and ensure affiliates have the resources needed to succeed. This position will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and legal teams to align affiliate initiatives with overall business objectives and compliance standards. The Affiliate Manager will also prepare performance reports, analyze data for insights, and recommend strategies to expand and improve the affiliate program.
Qualifications
- Experience in affiliate management, performance marketing, or partnership development, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Skills in campaign performance analysis, data interpretation, and optimization of traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, tracking platforms, and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate networks, CRM systems).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Organizational and project management abilities, including managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with legal services, professional services, or regulated industries is a plus, with an understanding of compliance and ethical marketing standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Los Angeles, CA, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and readiness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
