Role Description The Affiliate Delivery Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery and performance of affiliate marketing programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing affiliate partners, tracking campaign performance, optimising traffic and conversions, and ensuring timely execution of affiliate promotions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess program management skills to plan, execute, and monitor affiliate campaigns and delivery processes.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and consulting skills to liaise with affiliates, internal teams, and clients, and provide clear recommendations.
- Candidates should possess team management capabilities to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate tasks across teams.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing delivery is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, affiliate platforms) is preferred.
