Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Cash & Delivery Manager to join our team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in cash handling, billing, basic accounting, and documentation. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in financial transactions, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
Prepare and process customer billing and invoices.
Record debit, credit, and voucher entries accurately.
Maintain daily cash books and accounting records.
Prepare reports and maintain proper financial documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth cash and delivery operations.
Update and maintain records using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Support the accounts team with day-to-day financial operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
Experience in cash handling, billing, accounts, or a similar role.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Good communication and team coordination abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
